Love the outcasts,
bind up the broken hearted.
Welcome to our home base, where we share the life that God has given us.
Everything you’ll find here is shared to the Glory of God, and while it is about us, it is NOT about us! It’s about the amazing and incredible work that the Lord is doing through two imperfect, yet willing, people.
Where we are weak, God is strong. Where we fail, God is victorious.
Thank you for hanging around! -Kalon & Jesus
Ride Nature
We work full-time with Ride Nature, a mission organization focused on equipping leaders worldwide to utilize action sports, such as surfing, skating, and paddle boarding, for OUTREACH, EVANGELISM, and DISCIPLESHIP.
We are 100% God-funded, and head Ride Nature’s Community Outreach programming for the local homeless, at-risk youth, foster youth, and those in recovery from human trafficking.
Foster Care
Since June of 2018 we have been licensed foster parents in the state of Florida. We’re the crazy ones who take in teenagers, and we thank God every day for never leaving us alone in our journey.
We also advocate for teens and foster youth in general. Even if you’re not called to have one (or several) in your home, there are about a million ways you can wrap around families who do. We love to talk about that too!
Mercy Ministry
Mercy Ministry is, in brief, sharing the light of Christ by helping people with their physical and practical needs. Its about getting your hands dirty in the messy places of humanity, with the difficult people and the dark problems. My husband has always had a heart for this, and through 5 years of marriage the Lord has given me a heart for it to.
It’s not just something we “do.” It is literally how we live.
Gatherings
A natural overflow of our working with people, we host gatherings in our home on the regular. Our honored guests have ranged from the homeless to the wealthy, from the community’s leaders to the community’s lost.
“Continue in brotherly love. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.” Hebrews 13: 1-2
In August of 2018 we began hosting a bi-monthly Community Group in our home through Summit Church, but otherwise our gatherings are impromptu and organic. “Where two can eat, so can three.”
